Troy Wildermuth- CIFT 3D Printing/ Prosthetic Project

Troy Wildermuth, project manager, northwest region of the Ohio Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP), coordinates activities related to manufacturing within an 18 county territory.
His role includes meeting and coordinating activities with economic development organizations, manufacturing companies and educational institutions. He also manages a variety of MEP initiatives including workforce, supply chain, technology acceleration, sustainability and continuous improvement. The Ohio MEP is a regional effort coordinated by CIFT.
Wildermuth provides technical assistance to manufacturers within northwest Ohio. Solutions to operational challenges are designed and delivered to companies related to workforce development, supply chain, technology acceleration, sustainability, and continuous improvement as aligned with MEP strategic areas.
Wildermuth earned a bachelor degree of science in mechanical engineering at Franklin University, and an associate degree in design technology at Ohio University. He has also studied Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement in Japan. He and his wife are proud parents of two daughters, and one granddaughter.
