A skilled workforce and the requisite training needed for its growth must be the cornerstone for continued economic development throughout our region. The career pathways for this to happen must get beyond a four-year degree for all approach, which for too many, and for too long, has been the default link to future success for our young adults.  Career Tech Pathways are a valuable and critical option for the in-demand workforce needs as well as post-secondary opportunities.
