Cindy Kerr is the Vice President of Operations of ConnecToledo. Hired by the Downtown Toledo Improvement District in 2014 as the Executive Director, Cindy has delivered on their Service Plan by marketing downtown, delivering advocacy service to businesses and property owners, and providing a clean and safe environment. Cindy has previously held financial management positions within the healthcare industry. She also has Fortune 125 global leadership experience in human resources, new product introduction, and innovation. Cindy has a Masters of Business Administration and a BBA in Finance from the University of Toledo. She completed the Executive Masters program in Healthcare Administration at the Ohio State University. She serves on the boards of TMACOG, Toledo Lucas County Homelessness Board, and The University of Toledo Alumni Association.
