The Rotary Club of Toledo is sponsoring the Penitas Arriba Village Transformation which is in the same community where the Club constructed its centennial school project near San Pedro Sula, Honduras. The Penitas project will be centered on construction of a water system to distribute safe drinking water to the community. Additionally, biofilter, cooking stove, and building projects will be bundled to enhance the school and water projects.  As it did with the centennial school project, the Rotary Club of San Pedro Sula will be the key to the execution of the project. It is hoped that District and Rotary International grants can be leveraged for this project.
